THE HRDer. announced that XR BOOK, developed by the company using XR (extended reality), is being used in the capacity building and leadership development program for mid-level managers of the Seoul Metropolitan Government.
"The learning platform 'Meet the Little Prince' developed based on XR, a hybrid of virtual reality and augmented reality, was utilized in the recent training of mid-level managers of the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education, and it ended with a successful training," said the company.
The training was a non-face-to-face home-based online course, where participants received VR devices, Oculus Go, textbooks, and writing books in advance, and then met with the lecturer via Zoom for a mixed online/offline training method. In particular, it is significant that the company has been recognized for its value as an educational textbook since the program was also used in the education of the 5th grade public servants of the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education in July.
The first program of 'XR BOOK' developed by the company as an XR-based learning performance platform, 'Meet Me, the Little Prince', is a program that blends VR and AR based on transformational learning, and is actively introduced by a number of public institutions and companies in addition to the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education, and is being used in various educational curricula such as new employee training and promotion training.
